石山さつきデザイン室

石山 さつき

千葉県野田市生まれ。
武蔵野美術大学短期大学部グラフィックデザイン科卒業。
在学中、絵本の世界に魅了され、切り抜きや透明シートの仕掛け絵本作りに没頭。
旅行で訪れたオランダで、普通の生活に当然のように浸透している洗練されたグラフィックデザインが人々の日常生活を機能的で豊かにしていることに感動し、デザインのあるべき姿に気づかされる。
セイントヨースト美術大学（AKV St.Joost、オランダ・ブレダ）入学。
グラフィックデザイン、タイポグラフィー、ブックデザインを学ぶ。
デザイン事務所Neon（オランダ・アムステルダム）、TWVA design company（オランダ・アムステルダム）にて研修。
日本帰国後、アーチクリエイションズ（東京・渋谷）にてデザイナーとして5年間勤務。
2007年よりフリーランス。千葉県野田市在住。

Satsuki Ishiyama

Born in Noda City, Chiba, Japan.
Graduated from Musashino Art University Junior College of Art and Design, Department of Graphic Design.
While studying, she became fascinated with picture books and devoted herself to creating analog interactive books using cut-outs and transparent sheets.
During a visit to the Netherlands, she was deeply impressed by how refined graphic design is seamlessly integrated into everyday life, enriching it both functionally and visually. This experience shaped her understanding of what design can be.
She later studied at AKV|St.Joost School of Art & Design in Breda, the Netherlands, where she focused on graphic design, typography, and book design.
She gained professional experience at design studios in Amsterdam (Neon and TWVA design company).
After returning to Japan, she worked as a designer in Tokyo (Shibuya) for five years.
Since 2007, she has been working as a freelance designer, currently based in Noda City, Chiba.
